You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of wind turbine technicians, optimising wind farm performance and driving a culture of continuous improvement. You will be employed at our operational hub in Grimsby, however you will spend the majority of your time working offshore to an agreed shift pattern.
You will live and work on a state-of-the-art, purpose built Service Operation Vessel (SOV) that will operate in the windfarm for several weeks at a time between port calls and crew changes.
You will have extensive team, performance and line management experience combined with leadership and communication skills that
