Our Experian UK&I SME division are a dynamic and exciting area of Experian which sits within the Small to Medium size Enterprise sales community. This division has already seen significant year on year growth and this trajectory is set to continue.
We are looking to recruit self-motivated New Business Sales Executives to join our fun, open plan and vibrant contact centre in the heart of Sherwood Forest. Our office is in an easy to reach location, approximately 30 minutes out of the hustle and bustle of the city traffic where free parking is provided (NG22 9SS).
What is the role? This sales role is desk based; our office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm. No evenings, weekends or shift rotas.
If you are looking for a varied sales role this may be the role for you, as you will be outbound cold calling, speaking with a wide range of people from Credit Controllers to Managing Directors. You will book appointments to then demonstrate our Experian Business Express products live over the telephone and achieve your monthly goals.
Our office doesn't have a typical contact centre feel, having the right environment and culture is very important to us. Our team is highly committed, and has a uniquely community feel, we want everyone to be accountable and flexible with their approaches. The team is supportive to ensure that we collectively achieve our overall business objectives as well as your individual targets.
About you: We want self-starting winners. We are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and passion. We want individuals who are forward-thinking and self-motivated. We are looking to recruit dynamic, personable sales individuals who are driven, challenged and works as a team player.
You will be required to have a tenacious approach to acquiring new customers, be resilient and have the ability to overcome objections that may come your way.
Your background would preferably be from an outbound sales perspective but your collaborative behaviours and winning personality is more important to us and the team.
Development: In order to ensure that you feel developed and set up for success we will provide a full induction with our experienced company trainer, where you will learn all about our products and services, you will also receive on-going support, coaching, monthly one to one's with your line manager and be empowered to work towards a personal development plan.
