Business Development Advisor
Permanent, full time 37 hours, Mainly office hours (8:30 - 17:00) frequent flexibility will be required to attend events outside of these hours to promote the business and opportunities.
GBP22,534 per annum
An exciting role is being recruited to work with our fantastic RNN Training team. We are seeking someone with excellent communication and organisational skills to make a significant contribution to the success of the College's Business Development Team.
Apprenticeships and commercial sales are a key area for the College Group and its customers, providing opportunities for employers and learners to develop excellent career prospects for people.
In this role you will be the key partner to apprentices and employers. You will work with employers to maximise sales opportunities. The role will allow you to use your strong sales, communication, relationship building and organisational skills to maximise the success of the colleges' services.
You will proactively promote the participation of external placement with learners. Conversion of Work Experience to Apprenticeship and work closely with the RNN Training colleagues to maximise these opportunities.
A driving licence and regular access to a vehicle is essential and evening work may be required on occasion.
We are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate
- Previous experience in dealing with proactive sales & problem solving.
- Evidence or track record in delivering targets & objectives.
- Experience or evidence of ICT administrative skills and use of CRM ( customer relationship Management)
- Evidence of skills or experience working with employer engagement or strong customer service background
