Internal Sales Advisor required to join a customer centric team.
Your new company
You will be joining a privately owned business with branches across the UK. You will be working from their Sleaford branch, which supplies industrial customers across the East Midlands with a wide range of products.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide first class service to their customers and ensure that they receive the right products promptly and efficiently. You will be joining an Internal Sales team, working alongside experienced and technically sound colleagues. On a daily basis you will receive inbound calls and enquiries coming from industrial customers regarding quotations, order amendments and cancellations. You will be responsible for accurately recording and processing these calls on their CRM system, producing quotations, following up quotations to covert to orders and provide back office support to external regional sales managers.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in the role you must be able to demonstrate that you can work effectively in a fast paced customer service setting, have a technical aptitude to learn the product range. You must also be commercially aware and be able to identify business opportunities.
