An growing organisation is looking to add an additional member of staff to their HR team to be involved in HR administration and processes, as they develop and expand the business.
Your new role
This role will be a great challenge for an experienced HR Assistant/Administrator; helping the HR Manager develop and implement HR processes and procedures and the IT systems to support those processes.
You will also be involved in the generalist employee lifecycle administration - from recruitment, onboarding, system maintenance, reporting and leavers.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR administration/ employee lifecycle aswell as be an "ideas" person to help the HR Manager develop the HR function.
What you'll get in return
The salary offered will be dependant on experience and qualification level. Benefits package includes pension and more than statutory holiday entitlement.
